The Accountability Community is an 8-Week program of support to better connect you to your body, mind, and spirit. In this space, together we will work on 30-40 minute daily challenges that include movement, journaling, exploration of eating habits, and exploration of the self. The program includes: *2 Live Zoom Workouts per week with Natalie at Noon Pacific (recorded if you cannot make the scheduled time) *2 walk/jog outdoor challenges per week *1 recorded workout or additional fitness challenge per week *Daily mental challenges including journaling, meditation, and self exploration *Access to a dedicated app with daily check-in's by Natalie and the group *A supportive environment of women to help keep you accountable to your fitness transformation goals Testimonials "Natalie's Accountability Community was really great for me.
